Erm can some explain the percentages?

Sophie got 74.4%
David got 19%
Charlie got 13%
Rodrigo got 11%

Did Siavash get -17.4% lol

It's just the %s at each way-point, not for the total vote count. Obviously as the lines keep re-opening, the remaining HMs get more and more votes. It's just a means of comparison.
In terms of total votes by each stage ...

Rod got 11% in the 5 way
Charlie got 13% in the 4 way
David got 19% in the 3 way
Vash got 25.6% in the 2 way
Sophie got 74.4% in the 2 way

However saying that Sophie got 74.4% is only the % she acheived of the vote off between her and Siavash, It would be interesting to see if CH4 release total votes, without massaging the figures.

Yes but it's their cumulative total being compared, she got 74.4% against Vash's 26.6% when comparing their votes.

So e.g.) Vash got 500, 000 votes in total. Sophie got 1.5 million votes in total.

Yes. If David had a bit more time, he could have sneaked 2nd. If he got 19% at the 3-way point, Vash would only have got 23-24% IMO. Leaving Sophie with 56-57% at that stage ... sounds likely.
