I was about to put on the late night live feed and then I realised it wasn't on. :bawling:
Anyone else had a sudden realisation today that Big Brother isn't on anymore until JANUARY (omg too long!)

Me, when I flicked over to Channel 4 at nine, just incase, to only see a world trade centre movie was on.
This is really sad.

Yeah, my friend said at 9pm oooh time for BB and it took me at least 30 seconds to realise that it's over. :bawling:
At least we have BBLB at 12pm tomorrow and the reunion BBBM next Friday before it's totally done with.

I'm in Ireland so I'm not sure if I can play them. REally wanted to see that one on 9/11 although I'd say it was pretty harrowing stuff.

Oooooh, I have that on DVD. It's one of the worst films I've ever seen.
I have full respect for everyone who gave up their lives to save people trapped in the towers, but this film should not have been called "World Trade Centre", because to be honest it had little to do with the WTC, only 2 firefighters stuck in the rubble. Something like "The Tale Of Two Heroes" or something would be MUCH better.
I just think the title "World Trade Centre" is very misleading. I thought it was going to be about what happened IN the building, things we never got to see, like the panic and stuff. I don't want to sound harsh but I don't need a 2hour movie to tell me what it'd be like in a pile of rubble.
The way I looked at it; 25minutes into the movie the towers had been hit and collapsed and the rest of the 2hour movie was them trapped under the rubble. That's like having Titanic as; 25minutes into the movie the ship has been hit and has sank and the rest of the 2hour movie is Jack and Rose bobbing in the ocean waiting for help.

I`ve spent the last 3 hours flickin through the channels for some thing to watch every now and then i`ve gone to E4, no BB. Happens every year when it first finishes i cann`t find any thing that i want to sit and watch usually end up watching the stupid official dvd`s of BB1,2 & 3 not on for very long and don`t show a lot, have searched e.bay for later series but no luck. Roll on January CBB, my husband says i`m sad.

Yep, didn't have the dramatic weight that an event like that truly deserved and I think it was a mistake to focus too heavily on one man and his families trauma when this effected so many people, all across the world.
Watch United 93 for a truer reflection of what went on that day and how numb and small everybody felt in the wake of such a shocking event. That was a really well made flick.
