For me:

Angela Lansbury - Beauty and the Beast [from the same film obviously] is the best Disney song ever. I love it.
Sarah McLachlan - When She Loved Me [from Toy Story 2. The sad one Jessie sings about being abandoned]
Elton John - Circle of Life [The Lion King]

They spring to mind.
