People want TV personalities to be taller because in some ways we admire or even idolise them, it wouldn't do to idolise a short person, would it? You have Bea as 6' and she was a tad taller then him, they even had a had a conversation about it and stood shoulder to shoulder in the yard with them both barefoot.

Bea was the tallest HM this year, she dwarfed everyone else on Eviction nights when she was wearing heels. Actually Cairon may have given Bea a run for her money but there was no direct comparison with neither of them being in the house together at the same time.

An observation commonly made - is that short men are often aggressive men - due to feelings of low self-esteem and insecurity! As they lack height (most women like tall men, and at least require them to be taller than them) they feel less 'manly' and try to compensate for these feelings of 'inadequacy' by being overly aggressive!
