You do not believe (or see) Marcy was cowardly. In your mind that is therefore the absolute truth.

In fact (so your mind 'reasons') the ONLY other possibility for me saying Marcy is a coward (which you determined is impossible) must be then an 'insult'.

Is it possible that Marcy acted cowardly and you failed to recognise it?
Is that possible?
