Her hypocritical views towards the contestants were embarrassing considering her children or Ozzy were worse or similar.

And all that plastic surgery just makes her look like the witch from Chorlton and the wheelies.

I agree with Princess. Sharon's place was filled pretty nicely with Cheryl. and although they are very different, the panel is very different now compared to how it was with Sharon. I don't think it worked with Sharon/Dannii, but Dannii/Cheryl is nice. I'm not sure how a Sharon/Cheryl line-up would feel.
