'New Moon' soundtrack listing revealed

The official tracklisting for the upcoming New Moon soundtrack has been revealed.

According to a post on author Stephenie Meyer's official website, the highly-anticipated album will feature 15 tracks by artists including Death Cab For Cutie, Thom Yorke and a remix by Muse. All songs will be "exclusive" to the soundtrack.


The full tracklisting is as follows:


Death Cab For Cutie - 'Meet Me On The Equinox'

Band Of Skulls - 'Friends'

Thom Yorke - 'Hearing Damage'

Lykke Li - 'Possibility'

The Killers - A White Demon Love Song'

Anya Marina - 'Satellite Heart'

Muse - 'I Belong To You (New Moon Remix)'

Bon Iver & St. Vincent - 'Roslyn'

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - 'Done All Wrong'

Hurricane Bells - 'Monsters'

Sea Wolf - 'The Violet Hour'

Ok Go - 'Shooting The Moon'

Grizzly Bear - 'Slow Life'

Editors - 'No Sound But The Wind'

Alexandre Desplat - 'New Moon (The Meadow)'

New Moon, which stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, will arrive in cinemas in November.

I can't wait to hear the remix of 'I belong to you' and Lykke Li's and Thom Yorke's contributions. I'm interested in hearing Death Cab's too.

I think it's more about the soundtrack then the franchise...It's kinda like with the Juno soundtrack how it became as big as the film? Plus it's great advertising to a large audience who may be unfamiliar with their music.

It's gonna be a good soundtrack though I think, the Twilight soundtrack was surprisingly excellent.
