What are your views on drugs?

Personally I find it laughable how we're trying to fight off terrorists while a large proportion of our nation are at the mercy of the drugs they peddle to buy arms.

I also think living in a free society this is the whole sum of endeavours many can amount to.

What do you think?

but the furthest ive done is Shrooms
i would never ever do coke or heroin
i smoke weed/hash regulary
i really dont see the problem in it

Ha, but what if I like it? And I have kids too which need looking after! Maybe when I am sixty I will try it then! My Granny was 80 and asked if E would do her any harm at her age because she needed some get up and go!

Someone clearly listens in PSHE .... deaths through drugs in comparison to actual number of users are few and far between

Loads of every day things can kill you such as driving, cooking and even drinking too much water!! Are doing none of them things 'cool' either?

If people want to take drugs leave them be, they're probably aware of the worst case scenario

As well as there are groups who do it regularly, there are a lot of people out there who are having huge problems with drugs - being a difficulty for family members, health system and others.

We're spoilt in the west. People help you out. People on drugs in less developed countries are in the gutter.

The bottom line is that she is not going to show up at the tax office saying she a prostitute. You have to pay taxes in this country.

I think it's got more to do with the lack of control they will have over people and organising a society where bits and bobs can legally say "yeah man I was off my head at the time but I'd love to work for you".

A society where there is a prohibition of drugs means you can control a person's urge to seek this when doing something for the economy.

In country's where they've legalised it they make sure (contractually) a person working for them will not be under the influence at work but their Business sectors are totally against it. It causes problems for them in house to employ somebody in a country where drugs are legal - because once something arises then they have to deal with it, against a legal route.

In this country, some would say it's about taxing but a lot of the businesses that influence Government policy are totally against it due to the problems of running a company with 100 plus employees where drugs can be an issue.

I'm pretty much against drugs, my uncle died of an Overdose a few years back and that pretty much put me off them for life. He was such a mess for years before he died, I wouldn't want to be like that. Now before any prodrugs people attack me i know not all drugs are lethal but they can change a person I saw it with my own eyes. The addiction destroys everything.

The only drug I consider a grey drug is weed for it's medicinal value really and plus it doesn't do much harm, especially in comparision to other drugs. Still wouldn't have it though, the smell's rank.

I don't wanna be seen as being preachy, I don't judge anyone else for taking drugs, it's yours or anyone else's choice.

Thought it was a bit pointless, preffered alcohol.. and preffered the fact that alcohol is legal.
I hate smoke so i never enjoyed it.

One day i just said its s*** and pointless and gave up, was like 5 years ago now, wouldnt touch anything illegal now.

My mate went to ibiza and took E and cocaine with alcohol about 4 weeks ago, has no desire to do them again. It was just a one time thing.

When I was younger, I used to work in a very well known fast food place, not naming it because the old manager might get grassed...we used to be doing 14 hour shifts, and he used to give us E to get through the day. And also as a bonus if we did good work. Me and the other staff used to take it every weekend at parties. It is an amazing feeling. Noone I know has ever been bad off it, nor do any of us get comedowns. I dont take it now as Gav is very sensible, and also someone he knew ended up in hospital off taking a bad one once, so hes too skitzy if I do do it.

I dont do any drugs at all now, but I tried quite a bit when I was younger, no coke or smack though. And I can say E was the best experience out of the lot. Not that im saying anyone should take it, its down to personal preference, and stupidity really. Looking back, it wasnt a good idea, but I was given it by someone i trusted, and everyone else was doing it. I could have died, yeah, but I didnt.
