I think its a pretty solid show, its very similar to Twilight.

Anyone here watches it?

How did I not see this? Yeah I do and it's brilliant! It's annoying though because its one of those shows where you want the DVD so you can just watch it all at once, instead of having to wait a week for each episode!

I'm glad it got picked up for a full season!

We need more people from the UK watching this show.

I'm not keen on the look of it, even though the source material predates Twilight, the makers of the TV show have obviously tried to recreate the feel of Twilight. I'll give it a shot when it airs over here but i'm not anticipating it being any good.

Anyone watch this tonight? :D

It's much better than Twilight, I'm up to date with the show as it's airing in America and I think the acting is much better and lots more going on.

Plus Boone from Lost (Ian Somerhalder) makes a very hot bad vamp

Ooh, is it still great? I stopped watching after about episode 5, so I'll probably stick with UK pace.

They had like a 6 week break, came back on 2 weeks ago and up to episode 12 now over there.

It lost it's way a little bit for a couple of eps but it's got good again now, it's not the deepest show in the world lol but I really like it!

Aw really? :( That's a shame cause when I left it, it seemed like it was really picking up.

It just got a little bit daft, I don't want to say too much to spoil it lol and you may disagree with me anyway, just a bit too random and silly but they seem to have gone back to the heart of the story now and it's exciting again :)

That's great to hear. I'm so tempted to find a stream and catch-up now LOL

It was a bit crap, over-acted and OTT. Plus the vampire that's meant to be in his teens looks ridiculously old as does the evil one. They shouldn't be in school, they should be on the Sex Offender's register

Robert Pattinson is the same though as Edward tbh, he's meant to be 17 right?

He looks more like a teenager though, the two from VD just don't I don't think.

You think? I thought in New Moon he looked a lot older. I do agree about Ian Somerhalder looking way too old though in VD. He's hot though so all is forgiven lol.

I guess, I think my problem's more with the other brother rather then the main one. I know they like to cast older in america but him a teen? really? :joker:
