right basically
changed my password
forgot it
was unsure of the email account i signed up with
(the email account it WAS signed up with was actually deleted a few months ago so no way i'd get it anyway)

went through loads of different ways trying to tell people on here...

but mark just came online and fixed everything!

SO I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
