That's a good choice man. I really thought this was going to be a crazy pop thread celebrating random talent show winners and rubbish like that.

I wouldn't include Supergrass, Blur, Primal Scream and The La's in there though.

I'd stick
Portishead-Portishead in there as well as the first album (name I can't remember),
Radiohead OK Computer,
Nirvana Nevermind,
Depeche Mode (Violator and Songs of Faith and Devotion),
Massive Attack Protection,
Travis the Man who,
Jeff Buckley Grace,
Bjork Bjork
The Cranberries ("everybody else is doing it so why can't we" and "No Need to Argue")

That's it for now.

OK, I admit. I just didn't understand why this song was popular. Inside I was thinking "Oh God! these guys who did all those great songs from the past album did this?" But the rest of the album is absolutely beautiful.

They've lost their way a bit though. Dolores did an album recently which was quite nice.

Yeah, Eddie Vedder sang Rocking in the free world with Neil Young, it was great. I just really like Eddie Vedders voice, I find it very soulful but I suppose it's all down to personnal taste at the end of the day!

Yeah I can see that now. They also appealed to like disenchanted youth in America too. They were like the working man's band. All out of sync and everything.

I was far too into U2 and stuff at the time.

I liked Zooropa a lot.

Yeah he was in Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey at the beginning. The long bearded guy.

Jim Martin appeared in Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey as "Sir James Martin, founder of the Faith No More Spiritual and Theological Center", in a futuristic world. Faith No More also appeared on the official soundtrack.
