Whatever happened to the big influx of women we had in 2008? and will the new ones (Pixie Lott, Little Boots etc) fade away just as quickly just to be replaced?

I wouldn't mind some of them fading away *cough* LADY GAGA *cough* The ones in 2008 may just be working on new albums,Duffy's album was the best selling of 2008.

& I don't know what Duffy's up to but Adele is releasing her second album soon.

Duffy's touring and prepping her second album, same with Adele. Remember artists always disappear for a year or two to do touring and album work.

some artists go away for a while to write their albums, rather than spouting uninspired **** every couple of months. Saturdays, take note.

because all of those new female singers were actually artists who have to go away and write and produce their albums unlike the afore mentioned Saturdays, Britney, ect. who seem to ***** out albums every year.

Duffy is what the record labels wanted from Amy winehouse
a non troublmaker diva but Duffy has got the heart of Amy winehouse plus winehouse material is amazing

and duffy's album gets pissed over by winehouse's second album

Yeah they are a bit different than 'The Saturdays', they don't release albums 9 months apart, they spend a whole year writing songs. They take care.

That's nice to know..... I don't like Lady GaGa as a person,her music is fine if I could tolerate it.
