Twice a day, when I wake up and before I go to bed. Unless I am going out for a night out, then I brush them before I go out.

Twice a day at minimum. I sometimes brush them more depending on what I've had to eat or if I'm going out somewhere.

when i wake up, and if it's the weekend or i'm skipping school i brush my teeth again after lunch, and then before i go to bed.
and i floss and use mouth wash.

Try to floss regularly as well, and use mouthwash in the mornings.
