Rio will get it I believe. It's very very rare an European country gets is back to back (London in 2012)

I just saw on TV that a country from the same continent has never got the Olympics back to back. Rio is getting it, Brazil is getting bigger and bigger as far as economics are concerned.

But it's still ain't a fact, there is always a first so Madrid may get it.
