I must say Father ted is mine cause over repeating viewing it still makes me laugh so many years after and Spaced that was so funny i was sad it had only two series.

so whats your favorite comedy show?

i hate The trailer park boys, just not intothat kind of humour

the rest you mentioned are great
although the Royle family last specials were rubbish
and Only fools and horses got crap in the end

big train is very under rated
botom is silly but as a kid i loved it but now i'm not a big fan
game on was great until they lost Ben Chaplin

It's really hard to choose one but I'll go with The Office because it's perfection really and the one I always go back to.
Having said that, I do love the warmth of the characters in Only Fools and Horses and I probably laugh out loud with them more often. Jason and Lyndhurst are just brilliant together and they sustained it for years and years rather than just a season or two.

I know nothing about Benidorm apart from the fact Vegas is in it (who I love). Is it that good?

Its hilarious, one of the best comedies in recent years. Its very un-PC. Its on every Friday at 9 on ITV1 but the first episode of series 3 is repeated on Monday at 10 on ITV2. I'd definitely give it a shot

Probably The Office US.

Back in the day, The Fresh Prince and Family Matters were pretty dope.
