Minogue is 'first judge to visit acts'

Dannii Minogue became the first X Factor judge to visit the contestants at the show's house on Sunday, a report claims.

According to the Daily Star, the Australian singer was keen to see her protégé Stacey Solomon because she was celebrating her 20th birthday. It is thought that she arrived at the luxury property with a cake for the mum-of-one.

Minogue also reportedly caught up with her other acts Rachel Adedeji and Lucie Jones ahead of the first live show on Saturday.

Speaking afterwards, Dannii commented: "This year Team Minogue are gonna sing hard and have a ball. We are feeling really confident about 2009."

Reports suggest that Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole have not seen their singers since the judges' houses stage.

The X Factor continues on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.

Dannii's always been very hands on with their acts so it's not surprising but still nice of her. Simon ussually only sees his acts once or twice a week usually but it's to be expected with American Idol and all. I'm surprised at cheryl, although thinking about it she's probably busy doing promotion on her single and album.
