There's some loser who keeps posting irrelevant **** on my profile when I don't even like them - I already have them on my 'ignore list' but this doesn't stop it, it seems.

Go on user CP and edit profile privacy, I think you can block them there

You can change who is able to leave a message on your Profile.

Go to User CP, then Your Profile, then Profile Privacy. Against Visitor Messages, change this to either Contacts or Friends, and only they will be able to post a message.
