Anthony said that was rediculous and a lie. Infact the most expensive was an egyptian cat (like Craig said) asking price £100,000

"World's Most Expensive Cat

An Asian Leopard Cat (ALC)/Domestic Shorthair (DSH) hybrid, bred by Esmond Gay, is the world's most expensive cat. Zeus, who is 90% ALC & 10% DSH has an asking price of £100,000.00."

Aww, you rescued it! Was it in an okay state when you got it, some strays get really ill, poor things.

At least it's happy now. My friend got a cat that had been mistreated, and it was scared of everything, if you tried to stroke it or made a loud noise, it ran away from you like you were going to hurt it. It was really upsetting, but it's okay now, and loves being cuddled!

That page is great. I thought two of my cats, at 17, were beginning to get on a bit but it seems they are merely toddlers.:spin:

If its the first new kitten your cat has had in the house it will take a little while to get used to having a rival. Give your cat lots of fuss, love and reasurance as it will feel threatened and do not try to force them together at all. [I'm sure you wont.]

Girls get on the least well, a mix of boys and girls is good and boys [if 'done'] will get on fine after a while. In a few weeks they will be eating, if not from the same bowl, at least beside eachother.:xyxwave:

 Some people are so easily amused.
Before 'gay' took on its current meaning, it was often used as a first name, much like the name 'Fanny.'

I found the notion that a cat would be able to recognise English and fear the bitter thorns of prejudice somewhat more worrying. Being covered head to toe in fur with a velvet collar and bell attached isn't the most virile of statements to be made in the animal kingdom.

Lucifer thinks collars are like, sooo '90s, he keeps taking them off and deliberately losing them.
