Laws with alcohol in the X Factor house

Usually this wouldn't really matter seeing as everyone knows people under 18 drink. But because this is a TV show do things have to change?

Like is Lloyd and anyone else under 18 not allowed to drink alcohol? Or are they allowed but they've got to make sure it doesn't get shown on TV?

Or does it not matter at all seeing as the law is you can drink from the age of 5 in your own home?

It all depends if the X Factor house could be classed as their home. If it does then I think they can as long as it's not shown on TV but if it's not then I don't think they can.
