Disney put Toy Story on alot and I was on the bus the other day driving pass Disney Store and they had a Full on Toy Story Display,

Reason?

To in a way..Advertise that New Movie UP

Which IMO looks ****,

They claim that UP is the next big thing and will be 10 times better than Toy Story,

But Toy Story is a Classic, I loved it!

And Cant wait for Number 3 next year,
The thing with Toy Story is even Adults Love it, It was the first movie to use Animation the way it did..

UP Is just a **** copy of it..

So what do you like best?

Will you stick to Toy Story the great Film that is still Brilliant?
Or Will you go with Disney and claim UP is Far Better?

Scarlett.

WTF are you on about? :S

'Up' is nothing like 'Toy Story', it's a completely different story altogether. 'Up' was an amazing film, and one of the best films I've seen all year. A great, great story and very funny. And I'm sure for kids today - it could very well be their 'Toy Story'.

Obviously, for me I'd chose 'Toy Story' if asked at gun point, because it's a film I've known and loved for decades.

But, if you haven't seen 'Up, do. you won't be disapointed. When I went to it I didn't expect it to do as good as it was.

Its DISNEY Who said it not me, they think UP is the next Toy Story which is why they spent A Week Showing and Selling Toy Story Things, to get kids to watch UP.

But anyway,

I havent seen UP yet but if I ever do then I guess i`ll see for myself if its as good as Disney make it out to be

Went to see Up last night because some old bitch wasn't letting some of our group into Zombieland because she said they weren't 15. Ironically I'm 14 and she sold me a ticket but not my friend who's actually 15.

So we had to get them refunded and watched Up instead.

Surprisingly I really enjoyed it, pretty funny and a good storyline. But definitely doesn't compare to Toy Story.

Disney have been advertising Toy Story because of it's re-release in 3D, not because of 'Up'. In fact, 'Up' has had a bigger advertising campaign then 'Toy Story 3D' has. 'Up' was one of the most anticipated film of 2009.

Yeah I agree about that ,

And Im pretty pissed off that TS3D wasnt advertised..

I didnt see it because I didnt know when it was out or when it left Cinemas, My Brother told me this morning its out of Cinemas :(

But Releasing TS in 3D may also be to do with UP or simply the fact Toy Story is coming out again next year

it's more to do with introducing Toy Story to a new audience before the 3rd one comes out since a large chunk of it's potential audience would be too young to remember it otherwise.

Up and Toy Story are nothing alike. I loved both, I saw it twice in 3D when it was still in theaters here in the US! To me, any Pixar movie (besides Cars) is amazing.

I saw that last weekend, it's pretty good! It made me sad because that was my favorite book as a kid. It's like childhood wrapped up in a film.

Both are great. Up really surprised me as to how good it was but it just doesn't beat the epicness of Toy Story.
