thats what the percentage was at exactly 9:00pm, but it changed to 51.1% to kemal when the lines closed

Not necessarily. It depends on how many people in total voted this week compared to last week. I'd guess it would have been a smaller number this week, as the viewing figures will presumably have dropped off after yet another entertaining hm left the week before.
