I love big band week. It's one of my favourites. Leona's Summertime,Diana's Smile etc. Not looking forward to the cover-singing stool-sitters but whatever.

I think Big Band night is great because it gives us an opportunity to really hear the ones with the best voices and star quality.

Big Band week is the show I most look forward too. And Michael Bublé is amazing, can't wait to hear him sing his new single.
Westlife make their yearly appearance, I am curious to hear their cover of "What About Now".

Ew @ Westlife though, how dare they cover Daughtry.
I like Big Band week, its the week where we can see what all of the acts are like. For some reason they perform better with a live band. Disco week is usually week 4, I hate that week

I thought jamie would struggle this week, but he was brilliant.
I think this might be Ollys chance to redeem himself in my eyes, as i think his first 2 live performances have been crap. He should do well with the band...time will tell.

I thought jamie would struggle this week, but he was brilliant.
I think this might be Ollys chance to redeem himself in my eyes, as i think his first 2 live performances have been crap. He should do well with the band...time will tell.
Jamie is v good but is devoid of any personality and annoys me the way he sings with his legs together leaning over to the side :blush:

I don't get Jamie's appeal at all and most likely never will. If the Afro wasn't there he wouldn't be on the show.... well, that's what I think anyway.

Remember last year? All of the judjes gave a standing O for nearly everyone.
BUT it's going to be completely lost on the ****ing idiots we have this year.
It's going to be shite.
NOT watching it this year.

I always like Big Band week - last year me and my bloke said everyone was good, even the ones he would say are "gimps" so it could be the same this year. Also looking forward to seeing Westlife on the show seeing as I like them!

The guests will be dreadful to watch; but Big Band week always shows you who doesn't have the voice to make the cut. Danyl, Jamie, Olly, Rachel and Miss Frank will all have a field day with that - Joe and Stacey will be average, Lucie could be hit or miss, and John & Edward and Lloyd will really obviously struggle with the theme.
I hope justice is served and the bottom two is John & Edward vs Lloyd.
