I've used it for the past two weeks voting for Rachel, it obviously didn't help. LOL.

maybe they dont count free votes! haha

They count, actually. ITs just that you have to listen to a 15 sec ad before it put yu thorugh the voting number. Obviously, the owner of the ad, pays for the call, its not free for them.
