I dont think you could re-work Saturday Night into a jazz/big band style song I'm afraid. It is a fixed dance song.

Hm or people with slightly classy music taste? I am certainly not old and I know them, let me guess in your world you have to be old and posh to listen to some Jazz, Classical etc.?
