View Full Version : How can I prevent myself from eating too much?

I am in college an I would like to lose weight, but I have an eating disorder of eating too much. I currently weigh 140 lbs and I am a size 10. I would like to be down to a size 4 or 6. I know how to workout but I need help with the eating problem. I live in the dorms so there is always food available, how can I keep myself away from it? Thanks

Write down what you eat.

When im on my diet.. I have what i can eat written down..

Then each day i write down what i eat as im eating it, and it really puts me off if i have to write down somthing unhealthy.

Obviously try to find some good substitutes for the unhealthy thngs you eat..
For the simplest example.. eating an apple instead of a choclate bar.

as long as you dont get obsessed with shoving them down your throat its ok
