I'd rather they had the semi final on the Saturday and the final on the Sunday then they could really gain momentum and get massive ratings, that effect might be lost across the week or having the results on a different night. Even if it means just two people in the final- third place announced during a results show on Saturday then the final 2 sing/one wins on the Sunday.

I suppose it could work. Make a big event out of it. Special guests and the like. As long as there is 2 finalists only. It won't work with 3.

Aww it would be good the 3 acts performing on a saturday! then on sunday the results.. near to the beginning of the show they will announce who is in 3rd place.. then about 45 mins to an hour later announce the winner :D

I expect that it will just be the same as usual

3 in the final, 3rd place announced at the end of the show

Then in the results show (which would be on later but now on a Sunday) we get all the filler, then the winners singles, and then a bit more filler, then the result

Actually it doesnt sound that bad when you put it like that
