01. Diana Vickers - Yellow (Not a great vocal but it was such an intense performance after the whole omg laryngitis thing)
02. Alisha Bennett - Valerie (Again, I loved the whole 'fighter' spirit in this performance. She knew it was her last chance and she proper fought for it)
03. Nikitta Angus - Last Dance (The first night she properly came into her own and gave a knockout vocal, only to be eliminated lmao)
04. Ruth Lorenzo - Love Aint Here Anymore (My fave from Ruth, it was so passionate and such an impressive song choice)
05. JLS - Working My Way Back To You (The first week I actually thought they could do well after the show)
06. Rachel Adedeji - One (It came out of NOWHERE and was a near perfect vocal)
07. Diana Vickers - Everybody Hurts (Everyone HATED this but I thought it was amazing, again it was the whole fighter aspect that I liked about it)
08. Lucie Jones - Sweet Child Of Mine (Totally underrated! I really love this version, but I've got a bad feeling she's gonna go!)
09. Leon Jackson - You Don't Know (Loved his version of this song<3 He wasn't great throughout the show, but I just adored this.
10. Leona Lewis - I Have Nothing (My inner diva bummed this)

1- Ruth- Purple Rain (the week people saw what some of us had seen for weeks)
2- Alexandra- Listen (without Beyonce- real turning point, until then she was just a clone)
3- JLS- Umbrella (loved it)
4- Brenda- RESPECT (easily most talented female ever on the show, but wouldn't be good artist)
5- Shayne- Cry Me A River (probably when X Factor started to get a grain of credibility)
6- Austin- Mack The Knife (can't believe he went so early, and I usually hate that song)
7- Niki- Total Eclipse (fave from that year, shocking looking back, but this was quite good)
8- Rhydian- Phantom of the Opera (hated him but this was dramatic, OTT, camp, just everything about X Factor)
9- Rachel- One (this year isn't up to much but that was best so far this series)
10- Ruth- Always (couldn't not have another Ruth one :joker:, most intense performance ever)

I know he wasn't a contestant but how good was Michael Buble's performance a couple of weeks ago? He really made the rest look like Karaoke singers. It was a wonderful example of how to make a song your own.
