The X Factor is so crap this year.
I have watched it every single year, every single weekend since series 2.
It's always been the highlight of my saturday in. :)
But now it's just gone to the dogs.
I watched saturdays edition and I actually turned it off before Olly out of utter boredom.
Then on the Sunday show, I didn't put it on at all until Lloyd and Rachel were in the sing off because they had a Beyonce day on 4music (Woohoo :D !).
And you know what? It didn't feel wrong at all. Not like I was missing something.
:)
I just really don't care anymore. Especially after the result with Lloyd.
So I'm not watching anymore.
So who agrees that it's complete pants this year?

Its a total joke this year, I agree.
But I still watch it...
And strangely, as much as I cant normally STAND the twins, this week I actually liked them...whats wrong with me?!

Good. you don't like the good people anyway.
"It didn't feel wrong at all." It's not like you're abandoning a dog, you just stopped watching a tv show... shouldn't be making such a big deal outta it.

Nothing. I thnk we're all like that with the twins.
I think it's because they're like the only act this year that in your head your like "Hmm, I wonder what they're going to do this week! Oh I can't wait to see what horrors are in store" lol.
They are compeling viewing, unlike the rest of them.

That's the point. There isn't any ""good" people in it this year.

i don't blame you!
i've quit too now, it's a pathetic show.

RACHEL HAS WON already =) x

Once you realise how crap this year is you don't take it seriously and support the twins

I just really want Lloyd out then I will be happy. Watching paint dry is more entertaining than him.
I feel the same way, I can't believe Miss Frank and Danyl were the bottom two last week, and I can't believe that they kept Lloyd over Rachel. WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE SING OFF!? The whole show is flawed, I want John and Edward to win it to stick the last nail in the coffin and get a new version of the X Factor on our screens. This format isn't finding a great new singer, it's finding a great new gimmick.

I want Jedward to win!! Louis said he will be their manager and he will support them :D If they go down like the HSM route, they will be quite sucessful, bring back the fun boy band type pop hits :D I will defo buy the albulm! Simon is great, but I love Jedward more than Simon :D
JEDWARD TO WIN!

I gave up after the first live show. It's a shambles this year in my opinion.

I really like it...there isn't one act I hate (not even J+E, they just need to ****). It's a lot like last year where theres so many front-runners and divides that there's going to be shock results each week which is gutting.

the calibre this series is really below-par. last year had some genuinely plausible artists: Ruth, Diana, Alexandra, JLS... who of those this year can you really see selling records?
it's a shame really, because the format and aesthetics of the show is at an all-time high, and the celebrity guests/what not are looking brilliant.
