Anyone else feel sorry for Lloyd?

Okay so he's not the best singer in the competition, but he's not awful either.

But does anyone else just feel sorry for him?

I know it's been mentioned but on Xtra Factor last night a woman phoned in and asked him if he thought that he was getting through on just his looks, and he admitted that he thought he was and that 'everyone else is so talented' or something along those lines.

He's obviously there because he just wants to sing, and as much as he must love the female attention, you can tell he'd rather people be voting for him on his voice and not his looks. I think he also felt like he shouldn't be there last night as well.

So yeah, he seems like a really nice lad and I do feel bad for him.

I think Simon wanted to give him a fair shot because his voice was *******ed.
He might have done a better performance than Rachel if his voice was okay, you never know.

He feels like he shouldn't be there - because he quite clearly should not. He knows he doesn't deserve to be there over others, he knows he isn't getting votes on his vocal ability and so does everyone else.

I dont think they should, i think it should go straght to public vote.
People dont vote for their favourites and they will leave..

That said i think you can give an exception if someone cant even barely talk, you know they arent going to be their best and can deliver much better performances.

Maybe If they are normally much better but he isn't, Rachel out song him in the sing off and she has out song him every other week.

I think If the judges are going to change the rules about the sing off everytime it suits them, then they should just let the public decide completely

Yeah I did,especially when he was in the sing off and his voice really messed up at one point and he apologised and almost didn't finish the song.

But i have to see first 2 weeks lloyd for me was better.

Rachels first 2 weeks were awful, 3rd was alreet.

Rachel's time was up, she would never have won and her third time in the bottom two over Lloyd's first was ridiculous.

Plus he had a sore throat so to send him home with that as well as it being his first time would've been extremely unfair.

I agree, i just did not like her voice. never got into her songs, could always hear bum notes.

Adn when she did turn up with her a game i didnt get into it at all and just left me feeling cold and bored.

Youve heard it the past couple of weeks, hes been the worst, J+E are more entertaining.

I felt awful whilst he was singing, he could barely finish the song, someone should of stopped him :(. It's not his fault he got saved and Cheryl put him through the final 3, however the question is correct and even he knows hes only doing well because of his looks and not his voice, Even the judges know :O.. I hate him, but i like him more than J+E for trying. Still thats a dislike :)

NO. we blame Simon for not being fair at the sing-off. It's not Lloyd's falut at all. You just don't like Rachel..duh.

I feel sorry for him too.
I think he gets too much unnecessary hatred.
He's not the best singer left, he's got a beautiful tone to his voice which he just needs to work on and develop, and clearly, he'd be better off waiting a year or two.
However, he's admitted that he feels like he's being voted through based on just his looks, and he seemed rather upset by that. He's just a young boy who wants to sing, and perhaps he feels people don't see that.
Also, I think he's proved he's a lovely, mature person by the way he's handled his criticism, the way he put Cheryl before his own feelings in Diva week, and how he battled on in the showdown despite Simon trying to stop him.

Not really because he's after knocking out a genuinely talented singer but I did find his regret over the whole thing very charming.... think he really liked Rachel.
