Not as much as I should. Try to - but don't find it very refreshing. Tend to go more for carbonated drinks like coke - but am trying hard to break the habit.

Quite alot, some days more than others,I try to drink as much as possible though.

Carbonated drinks don't refresh me, unless it's sparkling water. I tend to drink flavoured water more than just spring water though, which isn't quite as good haha.

About 5-6 pints a day. Tap water suits me fine. I don't need to appear sophisticated or healthy by drinking obscenely overpriced bottled water, which must be the marketing folks greatest ploy in decades.

Seriously, you can get water in lots of different places for free. You don't NEED everything they try to sell you. It's insane and it makes me worry for the world.

Can't drink coke anymore havent had it in months, bigger than a can size i dont like.
Can't eat a whole choclate bar, or loads of sweets either i dont feel well after doing so lol

And i often dirnk flavoured water to lauren.
And Probe, when i said i carried a bottle around it is just a lucozade sport bottle but has tap water in, wouldnt spend money on water if it isnt flavoured lol.

Aye, I do the same thing . Flavored and all this 'special' water yeah, that's great, but when I see people PAYING for little more than natural WATER I want to do some damage .

I dont really count how much I drink but I drink a lot, I have a bottle of water per workshop (tap water)... but that is because we are running about. Then when I am in my flat I just drink Sugar Free Vimto and water. So a fair bit, I always like to have a drink with me.

Yes, people who will actually pay £1 for a bottle of water are idiots. There is no excuse for it. You won't get ill from tap water and who cares if the water is from the springs of Mount Bongolongolugi. It is no better for you. Drinking bottled water is a lot more expensive and contributes to our environmental problems.

I don't drink much water really. A glass a day usually. I drink a lot of juice though. And tea. :D

A lot. I refuse to drink water from taps, so I buy a certain amount of bottles to get me through the week. It doesn't refresh me like a cold fizzy drink would, I just drink it lots as a healthier option.

The only problem with that idea is you can't take the sink out with you plus its more convenient in a bottle .....

I go through about 6 bottles a day

How much water do you drink?

2 cups of coffee, 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of red tea, 1 cup decaf coffee, one large cup of squash

tea and coffee often get overlooked but they are water.

The caffiene in them draws water out from you body.

You wouldn't be saying that when you're dying from dehydration..

That's why you take one huge bottle of water with you. I can understand people buying water when they have no access to it anywhere else, but to buy it just for the sake of it or think that it is actually better for you, I don't agree with that.

Are you aware of the mechanism behind filling up bottles? Or is there only one tap in your village that you need a five mile hike to get to?
