Thread tags

Stop misusing the thread tags. They are supposed to be used to add extra info to a thread. Some people are using them to insult other members etc. They are not anonymous - moderators can find out who posted which tag.

Misusing tags could result in being banned from posting them, or banned from posting for insulting other members.

Edit. One more thing... I've changed it so that thread starters can delete tags now on their own threads.
