TiBB's Most Memorable Member

After reading through Shaun's delightful list of his favourite music from the past decade, and after reading Tom's thread about how he's been here for two years, I thought I'd combine those two ideas and post up a list of who I consider to be TiBB's most memorable members, counting down from #50 to #1. I have only included members with post counts of 3000+, because I felt with anything less than that, people wouldn't necessarily know who they were. This is going to be a positive thread; and is no indication of how much/little I like the people named, and is in no way a popularity contest, because it's purely my opinion, and is based on the time I have spent on this forum and the people I have interacted with. Hope you enjoy reading!

I'll post the list in five parts, starting with 50-41!

50 - rayheartbliss

To kick off my countdown, I've chosen one of the biggest enigmas to hit TiBB. Is it a he? Is it a she? Why won't it answer the question when we ask it what it is? Rayheartbliss may not be all that exciting beyond the ambiguous gender, but in this day and age, who doesn't love a bit of a mystery? He/she/it always seems to return for Big Brother, but is never around for the off season, so we just don't know anything about it. If spotted, please report to the authorities.

49 - GypsyGoth

I enjoy chatting to Claudia. She's one of a select few new members to make this list, which speaks volumes for just how great she is. If I had known her for longer, I'm sure she would be further up the list. I can only recommend that the rest of you get to know her, she's always got something to say!

48 - Niamhxo

Much like the aforementioned GypsyGoth, Niamh is a fantastic member. She can usually be found lurking in The Den, just like any other self respecting member ought to be, and if you don't know her at all, then get a move on, what are you waiting for?!

47 - Iceman

Eoin and I tussled over supremacy in the Music Quiz earlier this year (back on the old forum... R.I.P!) and as a result of the friendly competition, I got to know him a bit. He's a worthwhile person to talk to, just a pity he's nowhere near as good as I am when it comes to the quiz, I even went into retirement to give him a chance! :dance: Seriously though, great guy, I'm glad he's kicking around during off season!

46 - SiaSiaSia

SiaSiaSia, our delightfully wacky moderator, owner of one of the longest names I've ever seen (I won't post it here, but if any of you have her added on Facebook, you know what I mean!) and an all round excellent person. There was a period of time when the only reason I went into Meet The Members was to see what else she had drawn on her face and submitted pictures of; and I'm not even exaggerating. Although she doesn't post as much at the moment, I'm sure she's going to burst back onto the scene with a bang. Creator of TiBB Town and absurdly manic, she's one in a million!

45 - BigSister

Rebecca, BigSister, how to sum her up? Longevity and patience. It takes a lot of determination to stick with a forum as volatile as this for [i]seven years[/b], yet that is exactly what she has done. That avatar has been a firm member of this forum too; for as long as I've been here, it has been the same. The gnome is my rock. :love:

44 - Enid

If I ever become critically ill at any point in my life, I will not go into hospital. I can never look at nurses again in the same way, not after that picture. Enid is yet another epic new member from this year. She seems to be pretty no holds barred when it comes to expressing her opinion, and is almost the new Lauren, except that old boot is still kicking around here somewhere. Enid, you are brilliant.

43 - Captain.Remy

What would this forum be without our token Frenchman? Remy's grasp of English has, miraculously, actually improved over his time on this forum, I can't quite believe it but somehow we've given him an education of sorts?! That, or he just studies hard, but let's give ourselves an ego boost. Remy has been on TiBB for a few years now and is one of our top posters, and is a worthy name on this list!

42 - Mrluvaluva

Baz the baztard. Mrluvaluva is one of the funniest guys on the go, I constantly forget that he's about 100 years old (lolol - not quite, but he's still much older than I am!) which, at least to me, shows that humour isn't lost between generations. Baz's forum was something of a safety net to catch members such as Linda who couldn't stop themselves from getting banned, and became a place to chat to members who couldn't be bothered with the tweenage drama that goes down on here at times - kudos for setting up such a place, Baz!

41 - arsenalforever

Steve is another new member to make this list. He's quickly gained one of the highest post counts on here, he's in danger of exceeding Ben's ridiculous post count at the rate he's going! Steve's a very sociable guy, one of the regulars to The Den and I enjoy talking to him; I'm glad he stayed for the post-BB fun!

40 - Siouxsie

Sue/Scooby/Scooby Sue as you may also know her, is perhaps most famous for the Last Person To Post Is Sexy topic, a title which I dubiously held for all of 5 seconds every so often, and something I'm still extremely bitter over - I AM SEXY. Anyway, back to Sue, she rarely makes an appearance on here anymore, but when she was around she was undeniably lovable. Her obsession with Alice Cooper still sticks in my mind, God knows why, but it's still there, so she most definitely left a lasting impression!

39 - Ash

A former moderator, Ash was (and still is, I am sure!) one of the nicest people on TiBB. She doesn't seem to come on anymore which saddens me, but then I'm sure she would be saddened to know that I was still on here :hugesmile:! For those that knew who she was, I'm sure you would all agree that nobody could have had a serious problem with her, she was extremely friendly and caring, this forum could do with more people like her!

38 - Nate

Nate's sense of humour is fantastic. Getting to know Nate was like discovering an unheard of, really awesome band, and just like every time that happens to me, the band is going to hit the big time any day now and everyone will love them. Nate is an excellent addition to the forum, and he must have one of the highest ratios of genuine laugh out loud moments to posts made, Nathan is a good guy!

37 - hannah.

Hannah... Where do I even begin? Surely one of the most disliked members on this forum, yet I never saw why? Her karma was ridiculous, that bad boy just refused to leave the -100s, which was somewhat funny until we tried to plus it up to 0 and it just kept getting knocked back down. Hannah was banned in the biggest hush up of TiBB's history, but she was restored as a member in a direct swap with Magic, although she doesn't seem to post on here anymore, which makes me wonder what was the point? Regardless, I enjoyed her posts, and love her or hate her, I bet you remember her!

36 - supernoodles!

Laura sticks out like a sore thumb on TiBB - what is she doing on here? She's a complete babe, surely she has better things to be doing with her time than be speaking to us mere mortals? Evidently not; and she's back with a bang, she recently posted pictures of herself having lost some weight (which really wasn't necessary, Laura, but you look great all the same!) and is back to posting regularly! Welcome back, you stay classy!

35 - Christina

When I think of Christina, I think of Meet The Members and the Brotherhood, then I think of 30stone and begin to worry for her continued safety. Christina is a great member, I couldn't find a bad word to say about her even if I tried (and oh how I've tried... kidding! :hugesmile:) which, by any standard, generally means that she's probably going to get some kind of Nobel Peace Prize when she grows up. Oh, and Ben, that's when she grows up. It's only OK when she grows up.

34 - *mazedsalv**

Nice is the first word that springs to mind when I think of Salv, but that doesn't really do him justice. He's an active poster, and he's a very agreeable sort of person, in the sense that I don't think I've ever read any of his posts and thought 'that's wrong' to myself, he posts thoughtfully. Full marks for being an awesome person! :wavey:

33 - Tom

Young RAF Tom, what shall we do with you? Tom is like a wannabe rayheartbliss; we have no idea what Tom looks like (or rather, I don't, I've heard rumours that some people have seen his face) - but that aside, Tom is a very recognisable poster. His epic avatar of the woman falling down the hole was a work of art, and if there's an argument to be had, Tom will undoubtedly throw his tuppence in (but in a good way), and every so often he'll talk to me out of the blue and get my spirits up. Thank you Tom, and get the old avatar back!

32 - Stu

Ooer, controversial - to quote Sam!. Stu's oft-expressed views on the legalisation of certain drugs and his persistent bending of the swearing filter are just two of the numerous controversial things he made a name for himself for. Although I didn't particularly get on with him, (not that I didn't get on with him either, I just seemed to argue with him lots over the swearing filter) he was absolutely one of the best posters on here, it's hard to believe he's not a good five-ten years older than me, he came across as very mature in a frivolous, immature kind of way. He hasn't been posting regularly on here for a while, but he always comes crawling back!

31 - Sam!

Sam! is well known for two things. One of them we shan't discuss, but the other we shall: Sam! organises some of the best games on TiBB. His games are well planned and executed, and always garner lots of attention! He's a dab hand at making avatars and the like too; and let's not forget his tendency to use double letters, 'lool' anyone? Joking aside, Sam! is a valued member of the TiBB community, where would we be without him to put the Games into Chat & Games?

30 - bronaaaa

I've named quite a few members as 'nice', but surely none are nicer than our dear Brona? I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something about Brona that I find incredibly endearing, I just want to hug her whenever she pops into my head! I think I remember her best as being the most underrated member on here; which is somewhat contradictory, I remember her because I feel as though other people forget her, which I'm pretty sure isn't the case, because everybody would agree that she's the sweetest thing since diabetes inducing confectionary!

29 - ~Kizwiz~

Kizzy was one of the first people I spoke to when I joined TiBB. Much like Baz, I constantly forget that she's much older than I am (but not that much older, she's still young 'n' fun! :hugesmile:) and I also forget that she has children, which automatically qualifies her as a MILF. I miss having her post on here regularly, she always drifted away from the forum because of other people being generally negative, and I admit that I felt like leaving too because of people like that, I even did once. I'm glad I came back though, and I wish she would come back too, it was hard to narrow this list down to 50 people, which to me shows just how memorable the people on this forum are. I don't know of anyone who didn't enjoy the period of time when Kiz and Red Moon started seeing each other, it made the whole concept of internet dating much less sadistic/likely to lead to a horrific death (you know, because everyone on the internet is a paedophile out to get you... cough Ben cough :shocked:) and actually made it really cute. Come back Kizzy, we miss you!

28 - Sol

This name might not be familiar to many people, but Sol was one of my best buddies on here 'back in the day'. We had a race to 3000 posts I believe it was; back when having 10,000 posts was a distant dream (and still is... what the hell) that could only be achieved by the Gods of TiBB (basically just BigSister and Red Moon back then). I don't really have much else to say about Sol because it's been so long since I spoke to him, but the reason I had him so high up this list was because I wanted people to know just how awesome he was, and if he ever returns as a regular poster, you should all know him and love him. :thumbs:

27 - Corkie

For me, Corkie aka Andrew will always be the baby of TiBB. He must be 16-ish by now, but back when I signed up, he was the youngest regular on TiBB. Corkie organised a lot of fun things on here, games, award shows and the like, and while he may not be active on here anymore, he'll always be the boy who used :dog: all the time to me! Much like Sol, I don't really have much to say about him, but as one of my first friends on here, I feel he deserves the mention!

26 - Fangz

D'you know what the best thing to happen to me this year (on this site, that is) was? Fangz returning. She disappeared one day and never came back, and so we lost out on years of hysterically funny comments from this island dweller. Felicity, as I finally found out her name was upon her return, was my favourite member on TiBB, perhaps because she didn't stick around long enough the first time around to do anything remotely negative, but I genuinely loved her sense of humour and I hope she remembers to log in more often in the future.

25 - Darenn

Daren is one of the best friends I have made on this site to date. Going back to the days of dupin's X Factor competitions is when we first spoke, and together with Shaun and Billy we made an epic team. In more recent times, Daren will be forever associated with drunkenly being on MSN to me (although I've since developed that habit - bad times) in multi convos, with much hilarity ensuing at his misfortune, but I swear we're laughing with you Daren! An aspiring performance artist, I wish him the best of luck with it, and if all else fails, just get drunk and chat to us on MSN, that's one thing you're incredible at!! :hugesmile:

24 - Annie

I feel sorry for Annie. Hannah got the badass reputation, Sia got the bonkers reputation, so just to prove them all wrong, Annie's gone off and got pregnant - not long to go though :hugesmile:! (Disclaimer: she may or may not have gotten pregnant because she actually wants to have a baby.) Annie is a fun member, renowned for her dirty chats (haaa, not quite in that way) and I will always remember the prank we, Sia and Hannah played - good times! Annie's a fun loving kind of girl, and I really do enjoy talking to her, even if it's only now and then, she's awesome. :love:

23 - Dezzy

Sweeping the horrific time as Muse under the carpet; Dezzy's had a pretty good run on here. Dean will go down in history as the best singer this forum has ever seen, even better than Fom, his voting off from all the various talent shows is nothing short of a travesty. His recent story about TiBB being flooded with zombies was an epic read, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Dezzy can be pretty cutting when he wants to be, but always to the effect of being humorous. He's definitely one of the most unappreciated comic talents on here, he's always providing the lols :hugesmile:!

22 - Tanser_Man

Get your own frickin' birthday. Christian's mildly disturbing banter with Linda back in the day pretty much ruined my childhood innocence, and I can't even begin to thank him for it! :laugh: Although he doesn't post anymore, he definitely shaped my sense of humour and made me appreciate the fine art of who is a MILF (read: Linda) and who isn't (read: anyone else). I believe he runs an Aston Villa forum these days, which basically means he's downgraded as a person, but I'm sure he could redeem himself if he started posted on here regularly again :hugesmile:.

21 - 30stone

Our resident moderating paedophile! Kidding, Ben knows the age limit and he's rigidly sticking with it... barely. Renowned for his many friendships with jailbait females, it would be hard for most people to be known for anything else, but Ben is! Ben posted like crazy when he joined up, and is now one of the top posters on here despite only joining circa 2008 I believe? Ben became a moderator, a position which he definitely deserves, because it means he has authority over all those girls he's sleazing on... wayhey! No but seriously, he's a really sound guy, behind all those muscles he's a big softie, the ladies love him!

20 - Ninastar

Caitlin is a Marmite kind of member, I think. I don't get why people dislike her, but the haters mean nothing, she's still an excellent person. People accuse her of being a flirt, but who cares? She's one of many girls that I suspect might be kidnapped by Ben one day, but that aside, she can more than easily handle any criticism, it just bounces right off and she continues to be a fun poster!

19 - LemonJam

James will be forever known as being part of a double act with Jen. There is no escaping this fact. James is the witty one, I find his observations and postings on TiBB easy to agree with, and he constantly makes me laugh over MSN when I get added into multi-convos. He is surprisingly self-conscious about himself, which I really don't understand, there's nothing wrong with him at all. He will sometimes get riled up when people really begin to take the mick on the forums, and always stands up for something he believes in, most recently, it's been defending his favourite acts on the X Factor. A great guy, I like him so much I'd put a ring on him. Wuh uh oh.

18 - Jen

Predictable, I suppose, you can't have one without the other. The reason Jen just pips James to the post is her fetish for older, hairy men. Roger Federer, an old folks home... there is no stopping this girl. I find her life quite saddening when she talks about some of the things that have happened to her; but to read her posts on here you wouldn't think such things have happened to her. She can be quite argumentative and seems to have an equal number of lovers and haters; I can safely say I am in the former category!

17 - Recylopse

Recylopse, aka Harry, aka... d'you know what, I can't be bothered. You all know him; the Madonna obsessed, name changing legendary figure that is Harry. One of the top posters, it's hard to believe that Harry has been around for years; he left for a considerable length of time before making a comeback, and he's stuck around and spread his love of Madonna to all corners of the forum! Harry was convinced that people didn't like him not so long ago, and wouldn't stop posting topics about it; which probably did more damage than good for him; but I think he's pretty much redeemed himself nowadays. Just don't insult Madonna whenever he's around, you'll regret it!

16 - David

David never fails to have a completely different opinion from me on anything. Seriously, whether it's favourites on a TV program, music taste... everything, we differ opinions on. Despite this somewhat major stalling point, I still think David is a sound guy. He's the only person out of the 'Brotherhood' ranks that I know much about, hence a complete lack of 'Brotherhood' presence in this list, but his constant trolling of threads with pictures of Sree, Marcus or more recently, Olly, never fail to amuse me, and enrage others. David is a pro when it comes to winding people up or playing pranks, and for this reason, he makes it onto the list!

15 - Princess

You heard of a band called Take That? Probably. Have you heard of their biggest fan? You definitely have. Laura, aka Princess, is the runaway winner of the 'craziest crazed fan' award (if such a thing existed), seriously, I'm surprised she hasn't joined the band yet. Laura's had a tough time of things recently, what with rumours of Robbie rejoining Take Tha- no, I kid, she's had a really rubbish time of things recently in her personal life, although that news about Robbie really does hit home, y'know? She will always defend her favourite band, and indeed anything she is passionate about, and as a veteran member of TiBB she deserves the high placing! One of my best friends on TiBB when I first joined, and still is a good friend today, I love Laura!! (Suitably cheesy?)

14 - MrGaryy

You want ice for that burn? Gary is surely the meanest mother*****er on the scene, seriously, he mildly intimidates me. Many a member will have clashed with him over the time he's been here, purely because he is so upfront about what he thinks, which is something I respect him for. He is an avid Christina Aguilera fan; and much like Laura's staunch defence of Take That, he will absolutely destroy anybody who dares to slate her in the Christina Aguilera thread! Gary is a legend in his own right, and having [i]finally[i] been able to put a face to the name, I can safely say that he's not some weirdo hiding behind a computer screen, he genuinely is a badass!

13 - Mark

Our admin. I've been on many forums before, and I've never come across any where the admin actually gets involved with the regular forum members. Most admins wish to appear aloof and above the members of their site; but Mark is not like them. Mark's infamous fling with Hannah was taboo (I fully expect this to be moderated :tongue:) on here for a long time, she was even banned over it, which suggests that Mark is not one to be messed with. Do not mess with the admin, he is quite ruthless when he wants to be!

12 - Arneldo

Because when we don't have Tyra Banks, we need a suitable equivalent. Aaron is an epic member, whose time on TiBB even outdates mine, and he has stuck with the site through thick and thin. Aaron is one of a very small number of members who are established as good at running games on TiBB, in particular his NTM games are very popular. Aaron is completely blunt when he wants to be, and is unashamedly forward. Kudos for lasting so long!

11 - Ross

Ross is definitely one of the most talked about members of all time. He has to be one of the most bi-polar members on TiBB; some days he posts topics (much like this one) being highly complimentary and kind about many TiBB members, and other days he's in full on search and destroy mode. While my friendship with Ross is highly volatile, it's also extremely fun, and I'm sure anybody who knows him on here will say the same about him - he's great when he's on your side, and scary when he's not. Famous for creating Elimination, Ross adds a lot to the banter of Chat & Games. Despite about a million warnings, he's still here, so bitch still better know yo'self!

One of the top posters, it's hard to believe that Harry has been around for years; he left for a considerable length of time before making a comeback, and he's stuck around and spread his love of Madonna to all corners of the forum! Harry was convinced that people didn't like him not so long ago, and wouldn't stop posting topics about it; which probably did more damage than good for him; but I think he's pretty much redeemed himself nowadays. Never before has one member been so controversial for doing so little. Twilight, or Emily to give her her real name, is a member widely known for her one word responses to opinions ('fail', 'ILY', 'IKR' et al, you know them all!) and for her alter ego, Twilight Twitty. Twilight Twitty, a manufactured image created by some high up execs (i.e. a group MSN conversation some many months ago involving some evidently hyper, but funny people) who wanted to launch a superstar onto the world. Twilight truly is an Angel With A Dirty Face, but jokes aside, she gets a lot of negativity directed towards her for no real reason; I know she can be infuriating at times; but then maybe you're just spreading the hype. Aaron is completely blunt when he wants to be, and is unashamedly forward. Kudos for lasting so long!

That's right, Sticks. Sticks is knowledgeable (often posting news stories), an excellent author (seriously, read some of his work in Creative Writing!) and has been around this forum since the dawn of time, yet despite all of these things, he seems to be mocked quite a lot by other members on here. I don't get it - I have nothing but pure respect for old Sticks, the stalwart of TiBB. It's maybe because everyone else acknowledges Sticks' accolades that he gets the piss taken out of him? I'm not sure, all I'm sure of is that he is a highly memorable member of this forum, he has been around longer than anybody bar the admins it would seem, and for that, I think he deserves a bit more respect.

Fom, Tom, I don't really get why he's called Fom, pretty weird nickname if you ask me? Anyway, I digress, Fom is a highly talented member of the forum. I'm sure most of you have heard him singing before, if not, check out his sig and make your way to his YouTube channel. That brings me onto another thing; it takes a lot of balls to make a video with your mum about sex, post it on YouTube for others to laugh at, and then post it on here?! I swear he must be messed up, most people would have the piss taken out of them endlessly, but as always, Fom pulls it off. I find his YouTube postings enjoyable and funny, and despite the majority of members accusing him of being arrogant, who even cares if he is? He's pretty damn good at what he does. Lauren is arguably the most popular member of TiBB; everyone gets on with her, everyone directs their questions to her and everyone was in disbelief when she walked away from her moderating job. Seriously, what was she thinking? So now she just sort of haunts TiBB as a ghost of the past (kidding). She is still highly respected by the TiBB community, she basically is still a moderator. Despite being upstaged by fellow popstar Twilight Twitty; the Faheylicious Lauren is rumoured to be planning a comeback tour - I heard it was going to have 28 tour dates, but I'm not sure, I think I'll ask Lauren if she knows...

Could there be another? Shaun is undoubtedly the most individual individual I have come across; his music taste speaks volumes about him as a person, and if you don't believe me, check out his recent topic in Music about his top 100 songs from this decade. Incredibly funny and incredibly easy to ban from TiBB (just ask Mark), Shaun is definitely one of the best posters TiBB has ever had. He is completely brutal and honest with his opinions, and if you have ever had the dubious honour of having an MSN recording directed at you, you will know just how ruthless he is. I have nothing but good things to say about Shaun, which is a good thing, because not many others can :tongue:. Kidding, even though he can be verging on cruel at times, there aren't many haters out there for dear Shaun: by winning Elimination, he proved that you don't have to be Lauren to win a TiBB popularity contest (but only because she didn't take part... gutted).

The one and only. MarkWaldorf is TiBB's top poster, biggest Britney Spears fan and most frequent user of Blair Waldorf .gifs. How could he not be controversial? Mark joined the forum in 2006, and has been here ever since. Famed for the group consisting of himself, Princess, Ash, Chrizzle, Sophie and Stacey; Mark has literally always been the centre of attention on TiBB. Unlike most of the others in that group, he changed with the times and was soon embroiled in defending of Paris Hilton during the jail-scandal, defending Britney Spears during the hair-shaving scandal, and pretty much every other controversy to hit the celebrity world. There was a time when Linda would have undoubtedly been number one on the list, but then she got banned and she became like Lord Voldemort to the users of TiBB; everyone is aware of her, but we can't talk of her. Then she was unbanned. It was unprecedented, nobody could quite believe it at first, but she returned. Linda, perhaps best known as Stropz, originally started life on TiBB as the quintessential wind-up merchant, and often engaged in sexual innuendo laden banter with the likes of SMC and Tanser_Man; but she has been figuratively castrated since returning to the forums, and now keeps her head down. Linda will always be known as the member permanently on her final warning that eventually broke the tether; and also as a raging MILF, seriously, absolute babe.

Where to begin? Billy is our most hypocritical poster. At the drop of the hat, he will barrage others with abuse until they concede defeat, and then will switch back to playing butter wouldn't melt; to new members, it's somewhat intimidating, to us, it's just Billy. The infamous Hulk avatar, the random Capitalisation of words and the bizarre nicknaming practices (Young RAF Tom, for example) all contribute towards the enigmatic aristabot's charm. I seriously cannot make head nor tail of what arista is all about; I have come to the conclusion that arista is male, at least in his 30s and possibly slightly deranged, but I still can't get over how little we know about such an epic poster. I enjoy arista's posts, purely because I can never tell if he's taking the piss or if he's being deadly serious, it's a fun activity to try and decode the meaning behind what he says. He is controversial purely because he tries not to be; his secrecy is what makes him so interesting. Will we ever know who arista is? Probably not, but I do enjoy wondering.
