He should stay though, miles better than Kate and he suits the show well and brings a bit of life to it.

Simon tried to recreate the banter he has with Ryan on American Idol and it has failed miserably. He should've used someone like Steve Jones. I think he should get a new female presenter though (not Holly, she'd be rubbish on ITV1, she is on Dancing on Ice anyway)

I want Kate back. I like Dermot but as a presenter, I believe they should be completely neutral, and not intefere with the contestants comments, nor cast an opinion on the main show [Xtra Factor is alright because not only does he not present it, but it's rather informal anyway].
