Hello my name (for forums sake) is Appearance Of A Junky, and I have something to show you.

This is my Freak Stick.

Its name in Mr Hessinghamlyshire, its a made up name that I think suits it more than Freak Stick, a job description is not a name.

And shame on you that thought otherwise.

I often point Mr Hessinghamlyshire at freaks, and I would like you to join me in using Mr Hessinghamlyshire to point at freaks as well. (please note, no actual freaks, this isn't the 1930's, even though we are a world in turmoil and depression, its not the 1930's, you using a laptop for gods sake)

but my biggest joy was when she was correctly sent to jail, he subsequent break down (no, thats not the bit, Im not that heartless – come on, really!), but when she was then sent back to jail to serve her time (Yes people, yes I am that heartless).

Yeah, that's fair enough and you're right... nothing beats it. But with something like Bruno I don't think the small screen really detracts from it's impact. I mean I'd never watch something like the Dark Knight on the computer if you know what I mean.

I have them on an USB harddrive which I just plug into the back, for some reason my elite (which strangely I burnt out in a year (damned Fallout 3 and GTA) played fine, but now on the 60GB I need to be logged onto XBOX live for them to play

Mr Hessinghamlyshire will gladly point at that freak. I used to know some people that were drivers for a coach hire company that worked for the bands he played in, he left them on of his hats once (dont know if by accident or not) and they said he was a nightmare on the posh tour buses they had. He was ok in the (libertines?) but useless in babyshambles, not heard much about him recently, but Im sure he will be back. Always thought he was trying to be Sid Vicious.

Loadsa skinny performers have done it but it's more acceptable for them to act like that in our society. Rock at it's best is supposed to push boundaries and challenge people's assertions- that's what I admire her for and she doesn't deserve to be in a thread of this kind.

That's true, but I think people have different opinions as to the meaning of the word freak and therein lies the problem for me. The vast majority of people would use it in a different way to you or I - it's form of discrimination based on attitudes that don't conform to the norm, particularly when we're talking about art and self expression.

There's plenty of freaks to highlight in here for their actions in the real world, rather than how they behave for the sake of their art.

Honestly don't think she should be judged on her art in this fashion...... if you don't want to see it you don't have to pay for a ticket.
