Title:
Inspiration: The dictionary definition I found was, 'Unnatural and out of control of nature' which expains the roads/other man made shite, and when I think of supernatural, I think of eerie, ghosty shizz, which I think the misty shy shows. Not the best portrayal I know, but I like thisnpicture.

Title: Potential Rain
Inspiration: I honestly couldn't think of anything for this topic so I decided to just take a picture of a hobby that I love doing, which is origami. I used two of the simplest ones I can make, which are the Origami 3d star and the origami peace crane.

Inspiration: I also found this quite difficult until I was flicking through my pictures and I found this one from about two weeks ago, when I took a picture of my dog and cat there was like a white smoke in the picture and you can see the cat looking at it but there was nothing there.

Inspiration: I took this photo today when I saw my friend drawing a picture for her boyfriend, which are her passions. She had 'i love you' written on her hand too, so I took this. :] I like it!

Inspiration: Yeah, I know this picture isn't very good. I found this old pop-up fairytale book in my cupboard and decided to take a photo of one of the scenes. It's horrible but whatever. =]

Inspiration: This was a really hard theme and I was going to take a photo of a witches’ hat but I found this luckily it’s complete violation but y’know it’s better than a photo of me in a mankini.

I quite like your ones. There's a lovely naivety with the pic of the pop up book and I've always loved black and white photos although I might have suggested maybe putting in the head of the person who was drawing, with her/his face full of concentration. Just for compositional purposes and to give it a more personal feel. Still, they're both very nice. Think you've all done really well.

Yeah, I was just thinking it might have been difficult to get it all in one shot with enough definition to see everything. Should post them all up anyway cuz I think it was a lovely idea.

Passion: Hmm - not convinced. If you had done a unicorn that would have been more interesting an a Philip K Dick sense, but this does not do it for me.

Passion: Sorry but this comes across more like a cheap advert for a computer game that someone is trying to sell on E-Bay. Passion it speaks to me of - NOT

Supernatural: Interesting abstract art here, but what is supernatural here? It does remind me of a stencil my father used to have which was like a cartoon man in the moon, used by draughtsmen to draw curves.

Passion: Closer I admit, and the interesting choice to go black and white does help. Even so it is not exactly setting the world on fire, but it seems nearer to the subject in my opinion than the others so far.

Fairy Tale: With that cat's head in the air, I can only assume it is from Alice in wonderland. Not strictly speaking a fairy tale from what I can remember. I would have done a black and white picture of the closed book for this one.

Passion: Hmm more like a a set of books just about to be carted off to the charity shop. It may be what you like to read, but I still do not feel passion from this.

Fairy Tale: This was clever conveying a famous fairy tale in still life, I was disappointed you did not get a pumpkin in, but then again there is the saying, Less is more.

Passion: Again taking a photo of something related to ones hobby does not for me ooze passion. As a shot of a keyboard it is a good one from the technical aspect, but passion - Nah!

- I adore the idea as it's not the same 'this is what I like', I do think though having the model like you said would have made it better. Still, love the idea and the photo is good.
- It's not amazing but I do like it. I wouldn't say it summed the theme up particually well but overall it's a good photo.

- I am crap at origami and I love the swan you made but I don't think it's particually photographic material. But I love the origami.
- I like how the cat is looking at the misty thing, I think it kinda portrays the theme. I prefer this one to the other.

- I think it's a picture of xbox games and that's it. Sorry Patrick.
- I like this though! I have no idea how you got the light but there you go. I do think it portrays the theme and it's your better photo this week.

- I love the idea and generally I think the photo is lovely. And as your the only one to use the love side of passion, well done to you.
- To me it's a picture of a page in a book afraid. I do like how you used your initative though in this Cara.

- Similarily to Patricks passion, it seems like it's just a photo of books.
- I actually love it. I love the whole idea you had, and I think it's quite original aswell. If both your photos were this good then I would have wanted to you to be photographer of the week again!

- Not a fan of football but I like the colours used in the photo, but it is similar to some others as it's just a picture of something you like.
- I love the idea and the props you used Nathan, it's easy to know what the story is aswell which is great.

PJ
- I don't think your idea was very good but I do like the photo. I like the way in which you took it.
- WTF lol! Anyway, looking closer it is a fairy so I suspose it is fairytale themed. Maybe needed more thought but is better than some fairytale photos.

Overall I think you all did well especially due to the difficult themes, easier themes for next week!

1. I like the idea that's gone behind the photo but I'm not convinced it's a very good or creative effort. There're much better entries for this theme.
2. Quite the opposite to the first really - I like the quality, the aesthetics, and the creativity, but I'm not sure if it fits the theme. A good photo though.

2. As a photo it's not particularly impressive until you read the description. It's quite spooky now :p a good representation of the theme, and it has a cat, so I'm swung.

Actually I have had work published in the past, and I have done photography for work, church and other groups. I also had some of my pictures blown up into poster size or put onto commemorative plates. I have even been asked to do a wedding blessing service.
