International popstar Twilight Twitty may be smashing records all over the world but it appears that's not the only thing - headlights too.

The media stalwart was arrested last night in Malibu and has been ordered to appear at court on Apr. 29th - perhaps damaging her intense media campaign surrounding second album 'Resurrection' and its April release.

Malibu Police issued the following statement:
"A 17 year old woman was last night arrested for wreckless driving and causing $40,000 damage to a black Mercedes convertible. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was over the limit according to a breathalyser test."
