I take no interest in Britney Spears, I was unaware of what she has/hasn't written. Whatever, my point still stands, there's a huge difference between somebody who gets by on looks and somebody who gets by on talent, I took Britney as an example because 3 is the first song that I could think of that falls under the 'meaningless' category.

Shakira's an acquired taste, but there's no way anybody can reasonably say she 'gets by on her looks', there's so much more to her than that.
