Ah right, one thing id like to see when its all over is all the talking about nominations and the punishments together to see how fair it has all been. If this week is the last week to nominate I can see everyone being up in punishment for Kinga talking about nominations & her mission being void.

Um......

I don't see what all the fuss is about. In the past, hm's have told others that they've nominated them and not been punished. Surely the discussion of nominations rule is there to prevent hm's from influencing others? That's not possible after the nominations have taken place, and they've been told that there won't be any more, either. The only other possible reason for forbidding it would be the risk of the audience discovering nomination details before the results have been announced. But with the delay on the live feed, that wouldn't be possible, anyway.
