When Dave Gorman was on BBLB, he mentioned the way Craig had acted towards Anthony when Anthony was drunk, saying he didn't like it (no arguments from me there)!

But Dermot looked really embarrassed and said "We're on really thin ice here." Why is the subject not allowed to be discussed? Do you think it's because the program makers think they should perhaps have done more on that night, and are now trying to 'gloss over' that?

I was just curious. Maybe it's something really obvious, and I'm missing it!

Dave Gorman is a legend, and he was spot on with his comments about Craig.

Dermot keeps making comments about how careful guests have to be when discussing Craig and Anthony's "relationship". I'm not sure why, Craig seems to have pretty much confirmed that he is gay and that he fancies Anthony (depsite denying this to the others and claiming that Derek is spreading rumours suggesting Craig is in love with Anthony, when Craig came out and said to Derek that he adores Ant!!).

I'm just as bewildered as you Ruth!! Maybe it is cos BB feel they maybe should have done more on that night and would rather not have it brought up on TV.

Can I just say again that Dave Gorman is a legend. :colour:

That's what I thought. And, I'd also like to echo that Dave Gorman is a legend!

(off topic) He's really funny. He's written a couple of books called Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure, and Are You Dave Gorman? The second one was written with his mate Danny Wallace, who presents a few tv programs, and is also really funny. Danny Wallace wrote Join Me and Yes Man - both really funny.

Danny Wallace would also be a great guest on BBLB!

Um.. who da funk is Dave Gorman?

Anyway, staying on topic .. I didn't see that episode of BBLB, but I would say by the sounds of it, they are trying to "gloss over it" as you say Ruth.

At the time, I remember thinking that there should have been some sort of intervention by BB. I also remember thinking that if it had been a drunk woman and a guy fawning all over her whilst drunk, then they definitely would have intervened.

Maybe with hindsight, the producers are sorry they didn't do something about it, thinking that it would make good TV at the time. Maybe now they realise the public reacted with disgust and thought it made for rather uncomfortable viewing. Now they are probably worried about it and would rather it just disappeared. BB do have a history of "brushing it under the carpet". Let's face it, they have done it on many occasions before.

hmmm I noticed how Dermot told Dave to keep schtum about Craigs behaviour... I thought it was dispicable ( or however u spell it) and what was all that busniess bout Craig telling Anth that he was taking care of business ( ahem) under his duvet whilst talking to Anthony? he didnt seem affected either way!
what's going on!
