Emmm, there are quite a few gruesome bits in the film. I'd recommend seeing it regardless, it's so good!

The orphan breaks her own arm at one point, a girl gets pushed out of a playframe and breaks her ankle, a nun gets clobbered to death, there's stabbing and a lot of blood on the go. The beginning is gruesome too; she has a nightmare that she has to give birth without an epidural etc...


Probably more things I can't remember.

Some girl gets burnt alive then gets her arm's and legs cut off but she is still alive

Yeah those are the only really bad bits I can think of!! :)
