My e mails

When i check e mails i always have about 80 or more from the topic word association of replies to this thread how do i stop them . I have ben to my control panel but cant find anything that helps

Hopefully this will help:

Go to the Word Assosiation topic

Go down to the fast reply box

On the right there is four boxes,and the one that says email on reply should be unchecked

You might have to make a reply to the topic and have it unchecked.

Go to Control Panel / Options.

Click on Subscriptions.

Click Delete next to the topic you want to stop getting e-mail notifications from.

Click on the Delete Selected Subscriptions button.
