Traning hard and good amount of sleep..

And maybe some roids.. doesnt look like it, but then this has photoshopped out his veins..

He's putting a fair amount into himself to create that kinda body, be it roids, protein drinks, creatine or food and it's just overkill to me. Far too big.

Hes 30
around 16 and half - 17 stone
and 6 foot 3 i think.

Not sure if any roids were taken, probably not, you can get to that size without them but would have to train very hard!!!
