I'm not going into the usual "OMG LOLZ ITS BAD 2 SMOKE K?" we already had about a thousand times on this forum.

Speak for somebody else. I'm not regretting anything because I know exactly what I am doing to myself. I will have, at the end of the day, smoked and enjoyed smoking more years of my life than I have lost due to the habit, so it's a win for me. I want to smoke. There's no particular reason, I just ... like ... smoking. I'm here for a fun life where I get to do what I want to do without the consequences of restraint or worry, not a long life.

Yes I smoked for a few years when I was very young. Luckily I stopped.
Silk Cut was 42p but it was very expensive for me even then.
I was having very busy life and often thought I would smoke when I had more time.
One day I saw my ashtray was empty, then I realised I did not smoke previous day. Then eventually lost the habit. Lucky case I think.

What's that got to do with the age group who smoke? Sure kids smoke because it's 'cool' or whatever but so do adults, so you don't really have a point. Debate smoking like a grown up instead of making pointless patronizing jabs for god's sake.
Point 1 gave me a chuckle though. You reckon the crap names are made to appeal to kids? Would you like to see an assorted range of colored filters in all major brands and change the names of brands like ''John Player'' to ''Jack Da Clown''?
You reckon that would make it more adult?

Well, since I used to be a smoker, I know how it feels to be judged for your choices.
No its revolting, but yeh if people want to smoke then they can, their choice and they know the consequences if any.
It's really nice to see that they care so much about my health, because it really is all about the health of strangers they are concerned about, as opposed to - say - making themselves feel better about their lives.

No and I hate smoking but I'm fed up of people who don't smoke and think they have the moral high ground. Smokers know the risks of smoking so don't preach to them, just like the rest of us know alcohol can lead to liver failure when we're all out getting wasted. Its their choice to smoke, if they want to quit they will. They don't need a lecture off you.

Haven't touched a cigarette in over a year (except once when I had one drag of someone elses because they had flavoured rolling paper and I wanted to see what it tasted like :D).
Went through a phase of casual smoking after I left school and before I started college.

Did it a bit at school to blend in but to be honest I find it totally disgusting taste. It never did anything for stress or anything. I always tell my friends nobody ever looks like they enjoy smoking when they're puffing.

No, I don't but I have no problem with anyone who does,I wouldn't move away from someone just because they were smoking.
Many of my Friends smoke and my family have in the past, its neither wrong or a crime to do so and if we avoided all the things that are harmful to our health then we likely would be wise, to drink nothing, eat nothing or go anywhere.

I do sometimes if I'm offered one - but I'd never buy them, never smoked more than 2 a night, and don't ever get the need to - I only do when out drinking because it's more fun to go to the smokers' area with your friends than sit inside and look after bags.
I also really like the smell of smoke...am I alone in that?

Used to smoke when I was 14, just because it was the 'cool' thing at the time. Hate smoking though and would never smoke in future.

I am smoker, but I actually hate the smell. The smoke itself is not so bad, but the lingering odour is horrid.

Started when I was 14, I'm now just about 18 and regret starting. I can go all week without smoking, but after I have a few drinks on the weekend my friends keep giving them to me :S Haven't payed for any in a while though, and I'm hoping to stop completely soon.
