He's already won more titles than Henman and he's only 22 and he's reached a grand slam final, but yeah, I still question his ability to last till the end of a draining 2 weeks of tennis, especially with his questionable stamina and body. But if you're talking about pure talent he can beat any of them on a given day.

Not for 2009, no way. Cavendish competed in Tour De France this year and had 6 stage wins. Haven't seen Hoy do anything.

Shouldn't matter about the end of the season. He's won 6 titles, most recent one came in Valencia at the start of November. two Masters titles, two 500 tournaments and two 250 tournaments. 4th Round (Australian Open), Quarter Final (French Open), Semi Final (Wimbledon), 4th Round (US Open).

Pretty good year for a player!


However having said this all I doubt he'll win it, Button or Haye will win it

I disagree.....kind of.....When drivers actually drived the car as oppsed to these buttons on the steering wheel they had a heck of a lot to do.....only person who should be considered for any award like that is Michael, he won more races and set more records than anyone else ever has done and ever will do. rant over :spin:

I don't get where all these awards are coming from for Giggs. He didn't have a particulary great season last year. Started something like 12 Premier League games.
