The Killers have announced the release of a new Christmas single in support of World AIDS Day.

The band have released 'Happy Birthday Guadalupe' online in accordance with the (RED) charity. All proceeds from the track will go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa.

The song, which is The Killers' fourth annual Christmas single for (RED), features a guest appearance from Wild Light and Mariachi El Bronx.

"We're thrilled to be releasing our fourth Christmas song with (RED)," frontman Brandon Flowers told NME. "(RED), through the Global Fund programmes it supports, has made great strides in providing care to those affected by AIDS throughout Africa, and it's our honour to continue to contribute to that cause."

The song and video for 'Happy Birthday Guadalupe' is available to download now at all major online retailers.
