That's really nice for them to do a MJ theme, so close to last year. Well done Xfactor!

How could they not though when MJ died this year, it would be a crime not to!! Great material there to work with too:dance:

Olly will do an up-tempo song I reckon, can't see anyone else doing one though

Yeah, probably Olly. But its hard to do MJ up tempo songs, because they are all so unique with his ad libs. So, it makes sense they find it easier to do the ballads. Here's hoping though, maybe Danyl would do an uptempo number?

maybe, you'd never know with him really. And yeah, it'd be very hard to do an up-tempo MJ song alright, as much as I liked JLS last year I didn't think they did "The way you make me feel" justice last year, it's my favorite MJ song too so I was a bit disappointed with their version

More a condemnation of the media and general public really over there total hypocrisy when it concerns Jackson. I thought it was quite funny to be honest with you.

No we wont really but we'll remember what was said about him and how that was reflected in how society viewed him. Whatever happened it's still a very sad story but it wouldn't shock me if he did fiddle, you know... that's how pervasive the medias power is over us.

I honestly still can't make up my mind. Sometimes I think he was just an innocent vulnerable victim and at other moments I feel he was an insecure and troubled individual who's power and money heightened his disconnection from what was morally right : his reality was shaped entirely from what he had inside him.... and that could definitely have had a depraved element to it.

To be honest, on the whole Pedofilia thing, we will never know! But for me, seeing him how he lived his life, and how sheltered he was, I just cant see him ever doing something so evil. There is no way, that Michael wasn't a very caring sensitive human being. Just my opinion of course:blush:

true but maybe he didn't see it as being evil, alot of paedophiles don't. not saying he did do anything of course, that one we'll never know!

I think Joe will have an upbeat MJ song and a ballad for personal choice. I'm personally hoping he picks his audition song - Dance With My Father.

Its sad to watch that vid (great song and Joe would kill it) to think that behind the performance was an evil egotistical father ruining young lives for his own selfish profit.

I am ok about these theme but it has been used before, Should be good though.
Another male theme week. Not biased at all is it.
Right up Joe's street, this, I would have thought. No malice intended.

I find that statement (many others have made it though) ridiculous.
It would surely be more biased if they had a female themed week, as there is only ONE girl left in the competition, and this has been the case since Lucie went out in week five.
