Big Brother 7 was probley the most successful Big Brother Series.
Everyone loved it, and it got so much Media Coverage and everything.
What Celebrity Big Brother is it in January?
Celebrity Big Brother 7
To me its like CBB6 was BB6 and now CBB7 might be like BB7.
Lets hope the success from BB7 rubs onto CBB7!
Thank god there wont be a Celebrity Big Brother 8, it would probley be **** just like BB8.
So does anyone else think this series may be good just because of its Digit? ;)

In ratings yes BB3 Was.
Im just talking about how good BB7 was and how the Newspapers were all over it and so many people have said it was the best series.
I havent seen BB3 Im going to watch it sometime, but the only contestant thats got famous from it was Jade.
Where as there was more than 1 HM that left BB7 to become Well Known.

BB7 was a nasty piece of ****. It was awful, ridiculous and pathetic. I mean, please, I thought it was a freak circus with fake people making a fool of themselves (well, at least more than the rest of the casts).
BB5 was the best in every way possible (not ratings tho I know). It started what Big Brother is today...twists, evil, big bitchiness and controversial and outrageous people.

IMO BB3, 5 and 6 were all better than BB7.

BB7 was when things started going wrong, as they extended the show by 3 weeks and started throwing in extra HMs halfway through who were worse than the ones we'd already voted out.
And there were too many nomination fiddles.
A shame as the housemates before the Halfway House twist were a great bunch, it was the last well-designed House and the tasks were good.
I personally thought BB7 was the best of the lot bar BB10 or 5 but to say it was the most successful series is absolutely ludicrous.
So does anyone else think this series may be good just because of its Digit? ;)
No.
BB6 was brilliant. CBB6 was boring. There is zero correlation between normal/celeb series numbers.
CBB7 will almost certainly be the opposite to BB7: boring, little media coverage and the lowest ever ratings. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it to be successful, but - being realistic - it won't be.

CBB4 was the best Celeb series.
Very good point, I mean BB4 was pathetic but CBB4 was brilliant...

it was the last well-designed House QUOTE]
Have you seen the BB9 house?
BB3 was actually the most successful and not just in ratings
People were talking about it just as much as BB7, Big Brother was literally everywhere. And more media careers have been launched from BB3 than any other series
The first half of BB7 was good but it was the beginning of the end

You actually think BB10 was the best BBUK?
C`mon it was okay..but it wasnt as good as 5,6,7,9.
The housemates in BB10 were brilliant though its just a shame the producers werent as entertaining as Marcus.

My favourites: BB3 (what I saw of it at a young age anyway), BB5, BB7 and BB10 :)
But I like your lucky number 7 theory, hopefully CBB7 will be great, they should put a lot of effort into it really.

100% Agreed
although BB5 did do quite well in the ratings 2nd highest series
BB7 had the best start of any series but by the time we got to week 5 it was at the level of BB9

Its seems to me that the only people who loved BB9 are the people who were watching Big Brother for the first time.
The only people who were worth watching were Luke and Bex.
I know a hell of a lot of people who turned BB off all together after sitting through a summer of that ****.
At the end of the day BB10s ratings proved that BB9 was **** because 1 million viewers didn't come back.
I enjoyed BB7 the most out of all of them and I thought it was the best but I don't think it was the most successful. And the digit does nothing. BB5 could be argued to be the best Big Brother and BB4 as the worst yet CBB4 is probably the best CBB.

Personally i found BB7 an OK series but i still think BB6 was the last of the highly fun and entertaining and dramatic main series. The most successful series was by far BB3 with BB5 also being a huge hit.
I found the series of CBB with Kenzie (forgot which one that was) was the best CBB series. It would take a lot to be as entertaining and sucessful as some of the previous celebrity series but only time will tell if it is actually any good...

I loved BB9 and I've been watching since 2002
And actually more people watched the BB10 launch than the BB9 final, so something went wrong at the start of BB10.

Ratings have been dropping since BB7 and CBB5 so something went wrong there.
After the huge controversy in CBB5, the producers wanted to calm down the vibe, hence BB8 being a bit quieter, but not the less entertaining. But it didn't work quite well.

BB8 and 9 were still quite popular though, obviously not as popular as the first 7 but still had respectable audiences. They used to win their slot a lot. If BB10 had stayed about the same, the plug might not have been pulled

CBB5 was the beginning of the demise of Big Brother as a whole. The whole racism controversy effected future housemate selection and how Big Brother handled the rules. The all-female twist at beginning of BB8 was a complete disaster for example and future series since have generally not been much better.
