Yeah! I am not sure if she will have a 4th baby? I remember she was on about adopting some children at one point because she was going to talk to Guy Rithie/Madonna or something about what it was like to adopt a child? I don't know it was across them lines anyway!

I remember that in the news. I dont think she ever did talk to Madonna though.
