People forget that on here. The whole reason they go on the show, is because they need the money. Their careers have been in the toilet for years/decades. I laugh when I hear that so-and-so is a legend, and what a superstar they are. CBB doesn't do superstars. It's all has-beens. I love it!:elephant:

Brits still think LaToya Jackson was a big deal. The woman has/had no career, and was the biggest joke on the planet. She also has no talent. "American celebrities" are always the lowest of the low that go on Big Brother. Stop thinking they're major.

Jackson was there because of her name.

I'm not too bothered about the HMs star quality, just whether they make good HMs.

The most major person i can see possibly going in is Pamela Anderson. I agree.. they will probably mostly people who haven't been big for a few years with some ex-band members of bands very few have heard of and a model or 2 as usual.

I think last year was definatley the best year for housemates a lot of them were quite recent hopefully the producers will get some big names but i doubt it :(

This year they dont want any 'Has Beens' on it because only 10 people are going in for once, and that shows there spending alot more money on more popular stars who still have careers.

Has beens make a better series.

When you've got bigger names in there with some scraps of a career left they're going to be a bit more reserved so they aren't disliked so their careers aren't ruined completely

When you've got has beens and wannabes in there its better because they have nothing to lose so will willingly make a tit of themselves

I think that theory was proven last year with one of the most known line ups in a celeb show ever

We will always have at least 1 model, 1 American, one singer/musician, one "black" person (sorry but i couldn't think of a better term) and at least 1 TV presenter.

I'd put my money on Tito this year

No there's Tito & Randy (the American Idol judge who I didn't realise was one of THE Jackson's until last month!)

& the less-known Jackie, Marlon & Rebbie. Oh yeah, and Janet... but that's doubtful!

Randy on American Idol isn't Michael's brother, he's a record producer

Colin Jackson?

He'd be cheaper.
