What do you think? Are you anyone who does it? I must admit if you're on a train or something and there is two people sticking theirs tongues down eachothers throats, it is quite annoying and arkward, you don't know where to look.

I hate it, I don't know why people can't save it for privacy... then again, I have displayed affection a lot quite lately haha, its the holidays... makes me all lovey dovey :P

There's affection and there's exhibitionism.

I don't mind people kissing, cuddling, holding hands, etc. But, if I see two people really going for it with the tongues, I yell "Get a Room!".. lol

I don't think there's any need for it to be honest. The only time I think it's acceptable is if someone is clearly saying goodbye to someone else. But if it's just a couple making-out on a bench in the High Street then I think it's for show.

The teens seem to be worst for it really, the 13, 14, 15 year olds, especially the Emos, Moshers, and Chavs

no one likes to see someone else snogging or worse in public but general affection between males and females if fine and happens all around us.

Between males and females?

So not between females and females... or between males and males?

I think it is sweet seeing people kissing and cuddling, if they want to snog or look like that are having sex on the grass with people walking by then I still have no objection to seeing that. lol. Me with my boyfriend though, we just mainly well snuggle in public and pukka kisses!

no, males kissing is something i would hate to see. girls ok. But both scenarios are very, very unlikely.

I do hold hands and put my arms around my hubby in public, maybe a cuddle or a kiss as well but not a tongue-down-your-throat type kiss lol

Males kissing males and females kissing females is the same as males kissing females and females kissing males to me.

Haha! I would not mind seeing that, a good show for the public! However I would not do that in public :joker: But if people feel the need to.. DO IT! Just make sure the coppers are not close by!

Theres a time and a place. If its like that in the park then it doesn't bother me, or in the pictures etc. But if its in an aisle in Tesco or in a restaurant or something, then its inappropriate

It always looks a bit sad and a bit desperate to me - in that situation. There was some young girl slobbering all over her boyfriend in my local supermarket - you could hear all the slurping noises - it was revolting. She just made herself look clingy and pathetic.

I like good old fashioned public displays of affliction, you know the thing - dropsy, gout, alcoholism and so forth.

I don't like to see it, but if they feel it's alright to get it on in front of people, surely they would feel alright with me staring at them.

Dogging is discreet unless you go out and look for it.

How about a quick ride while you're in the sea on a crowded beach? Does that count? ha ha

That's my thoughts really, I don't mind people showing affection but keep it PG! It's because I'm more of a private person really, there's a time and a place when it's OTT and it isn't in public

Its sort of annoying.

Especially after a break up.

I remember having an argument with my Ex GF during summer, and then I walked down the RD straight after this, and saw 2 Teens Snogging.

I was well pissed off because I wasnt in the mood to see people in love when I had just broken up with someone lmao

Yeh, me and the missus stayed in a spa hotel for her birthday, and I had to wait to get out of the pool a couple of times.
